My legs just felt stiff today and I ended up working out for only 15mins:( I definitely need to stretch more

Update
I’ve been away and a lot of new things have happened in my life; I’ve moved to a new state and I started Dental school which has been keeping me extremely busy. I’m in the middle of writing mid-term exams and I’m trying to keep my life balanced…..more updates to follow
Week 5 Day 3 Couch to 5k
I just finished week 5 day 3 and tomorrow I start week 6 of the couch to 5k program. I ran continuously for 20 mins and it wasn’t too bad since I had mentally prepared myself. Tomorrow the program goes back to interval run/walks and I think I’m ready for it.
Setbacks
I did week 5 day 1 of the couch to 5k program (C25k W5d1) on Monday but I had to stop in the middle because I felt sick. I took 2 days off running because I didn’t feel well enough and so, I redid week 5 day 1 today. My run went well and I plan on not taking days off for the rest of week 5 so that I can catch up on the 2 days that I skipped running. I’m left with just 4 weeks before I can be able to run a 5k and it’s very exciting!
