Couch to 5k Week 2 Day 1

Yesterday I did C25k W2D1. I felt like stopping during my second jog and I thought I’d never be able to finish. I continued to push on and I distracted myself by thinking about my plans for the day.  Running felt better in the end and I’m so proud of myself!

I want to get toned so I’m doing circuit training. For guidance, I’m using a circuit training DVD that I got from amazon and I’m currently on level 2. So far I love the challenging workouts and it’s nice that I can workout at home without paying for a gym membership. The best part is that this is all the equipment I need:
